Ford Focus

First Generation of Ford Focus 1998-2004

Second Generation of Ford Focus 2004-2011
September 23, 2004 at the Paris Motor Show introduced the second generation of Ford Focus. It was produced from 2004 to 2011. The size of the car became slightly bigger, both in wheelbase and overall length, width and weight. Body stiffness is increased by 10%. With this new design of the suspension allowed to improve the car's handling.
Third Generation of Ford Focus 2011 - present
It is presented in 2010 on the North American International motor show in Detroit as model of 2012. It is made since 2011 and till present. This model has become a "global", which means a change of the second generation of European and North American 10-year-old of Ford Focus.
The body is executed in three options — a 5-door hatchback, 4-door sedan and 5-door station wagon. Engines — petrol Ecoboost of 1.0, 1.5, 2.0 and 2.3 liters, petrol Duratec Ti-VCT of 1.6 liters and diesel Duratorq TDCi of 1.5, 1.6 and 2.0 liters. Transmission can be mechanical and robotic PowerShift.
